You’re compelled to dive into a difficult, potentially emotionally charged topic, sift through massive amounts of information, and decide what is valid and what is realistic and useful. This process can magnify the issue as you live with it 24/7. But, you have to do this to move forward. We want to ease that burden somewhat.

We are not doctors, scientists, or licensed professionals. We try to use evidence based research from credible sources to inform our decisions. We relish providing access to those resources to everyone.

We’re not sleep experts. However, we’ve gone 15 rounds with our son that struggles to sleep, due to a brain injury. Over the last fourteen years of being his parents, we’ve developed really good sleep hygiene. Here’s our best tips and links to the real experts that have helped us!
