The Mission
We have a saying now, “Don’t Pay the Same Price Twice.” We want to save other families from having to invest time, efforts, and expense into problems we’ve paid the price to solve and use those scare resources on having a happier family.
We would also love to know if this world wasn’t built for someone you love and hear about what is impacting you and them. Maybe we can engineer an adaptation that will help you and your family. Our adaptations are always free of charge, as confidential as you would like, and our learning/building process is always shared via our youtube channel: Adapted Builds, so that no one ever has to pay the same price twice!
The Methods
In my most desperate moments with my son, I solved problems with whatever I could get my hands on. The solutions weren’t always pretty, but they served their purpose. Most of the families I’ve met that need adaptations aren’t rolling in resources or have experts beating down their doors to help.
I don’t have a fancy shop. In fact, most of my tools are second hand, found on Craigslist or garage sales. I don’t use the finest quality materials in my builds. My aim is durability and functionality. I want these solutions to be accessible for as many families as possible, wherever they are in the world.
